Tv9 Gujarat - One more child succumbs to HIV Infection that was transfused mistakenly, Junagadh Video
23 thalassemicchildren were infected HIV Virus by transfusing blood mistakenly. Following this one more child died. Previously one kid died in November 2011 and now this girl too succumbed to the mistake of hospital officials. Family members of the victims demands that the officials should be punished severely. They have approached High Court which ordered to file an FIR against responsible people. Yet not measures are taken to provide them compensation and treatment. two kids have died already among whereas the other 21 children are waiting for help from the Government.
